LEGO Real Madrid Santiago Bernabéu Stadium 10299 Officially Announced!

In LEGO’s endeavour to convert the world’s football fans into paying customers, they have now added another entrant to their Football Stadium series.

The LEGO Real Madrid Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is the third in the series, following Old Trafford (10272) and Camp Nou (10284), and it celebrates the 120th anniversary of the club’s inception.

Clocking in at 5876 pieces, it is the largest stadium replica that LEGO has ever produce, leading the series with Old Trafford  at 3898pcs and Camp Nou at 5509.

The model is 44cm (17.5″) wide and has a depth of 38cm (15″) which does take up the space of a decent sized side table.

It includes “features” it’s pitch with the famous grass pattern, the venue’s iconic four towers, the goals, tunnel, dugout, scoreboard, banners, stickers, stairwells, iconic Real Madrid C.F. branding”.

The LEGO Real Madrid Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (10299) will have a recommended retail price of €349.99 / $349.99 / £309.99 /449.99 CAD / 549.99 AUD.

There is no word yet on the accompanying gift with purchase but I’m sure there will be one following the previous two stadium release.

It will launch on March 1st at all LEGO Brand and Certified Stores.

The LEGO Santiago Bernabéu is a “must-have” display piece for any Real Madrid fan and it does look rather repetitive to build.
