LEGO Brand Stores Taking In Pre-Orders for LEGO Hogwarts Castle!
As the LEGO Hogwarts Castle (71043) was officially revealed yesterday, reports of a few LEGO Brand Stores around the United States taking in pre-orders for the set has been making its rounds.
Reddit user Sentq managed to place a USD$40 deposit for the USD$399.90 set at his local LEGO Brand Store.
The redemption is only between August 15th to 30th which is essentially the LEGO VIP advance sales period for the set. The deposit is fully refundable or can be converted into store credit if you don’t collect it during that time frame and you lose the guaranteed set.
This would be the first time I’m hearing about a pre-order for a D2C at a LEGO Brand Store although pre-ordering is common practice here in Singapore for the LEGO Certified Stores.
