LEGO Aston Martin (10262) Teased by James Bond and Aston Martin

Aston Martin and James Bond twitter accounts followed up their initial tease with a couple of quotes from the series to further allude to their upcoming collaboration with LEGO.

James Bond Twitter is from the movie Goldfinger when James Bond (Sean Connery) scoffed at Q’s (Desmond Llewelyn) inclusion of a passenger ejector seat in the DB5.

The quote by Aston Martin is from the newer Skyfall movie when James Bond (Daniel Craig) and M (Dame Judy Dench) swap getaway cars to the Aston Martin DB5.

M: Oh, and I suppose that’s completely inconspicuous.

This does renew hope that the LEGO James Bond Aston Martin would be based on the DB5 as both quotes refer to the classic car during both movies.

Personally I would much prefer the Aston Martin DB5 and not the newer iterations. Stay tuned for more information as the San Diego Comic Con is just around the corner and we should have more information by then!
