LEGO Star Wars Battle Packs Are Here To Stay!

There was a rumour last year that LEGO was putting an end to the LEGO Star Wars Battle Packs that have been a staple for army builders since the start of theme.

It was an ‘affordable’ way to collect enough of the same minifigure to create a stormtrooper army for those sprawling LEGO Star Wars dioramas.

The rumour was perpetuating that the Battle Packs would be discontinued at the end of the year but we’ve just concluded the RLFM (Recognised LEGO Fan Media) Days and I’m super happy to share that LEGO will still continue producing LEGO Star Wars Battle Packs!

Finally we have an official word to put the rumour to rest. I think this was fueled by the demand for the 501st Legion Clone Troopers (75280).

While they were not able to disclose a date on when the battle packs will return but they are definitely coming back to a galaxy far far away.
