SG50 LEGO Mini Build Review – HDB

Popped into Robinsons at Raffles City to redeem 1 of 4 SG50 LEGO Mini Build kits that is exclusive to Singapore.

The Robinson’s outlet redemption kit is the HDB (Housing Development Board) Flat.

Spend a minimum of $50SGD and you will get minibuild kit for free. You are recommended to build it on the spot but they would let you take the packet home and build it at your leisure too.

It may be a very straight forward and simple build but the result is actually quite nice. It contains 138 pcs which makes it the minibuild with the most number of parts and some of them can come in handy while making your own MOCs.

There is one small error in the instructions that may confuse some people. On Panel 11, the instructions says to put the 1×3 white bricks at the edge of the plate. This is incorrect as they are supposed to be inserted in the space between the trans blue tiles.

Overall a pretty neat build and the parts can be quite useful in the future. Now on to the next minibuild!
